Established in Mission, Calgary, Alberta, South Block Barbecue & Brewing Co. is the third installment in a group of barbecue restaurants by Block Hospitality. Focusing on North Carolina barbecue and southern hopsitality for the inspiration to their menu and restaurant, the brand and feel of the restaurant was made to reflect that feeling of coming home to your favourite roadside BBQ spot – where the bar is always stocked with whiskey, the beer is always cold and brewed in house, and live music inhabits the basement stage every weekend.
